Summer is finally here! We know we can’t be the only ones who are excited for warm days and summer fun. Living in a place like Grand Rapids means there are so many ways to have an awesome summer. Go Cherry Picking at Robinette’s
Summer means cherry season at Robinette’s! Starting in early July, our cherry orchards open up for the u-pick season. Come on by and pick as many cherries as you’d like, perfect for homemade cherry pie or snacking!
Do Yoga in the Park
Whether you’re a first-timer or a seasoned yogi, add yoga in the park to your summer schedule. This free activity will happen every week through August at Mulik Park. Learn more.
Try a Cooking Class
Learn to make pasta, gelato, and so much more at The Local Epicurean. They offer classes seven days a week, for up to ten people. Check out their variety of cooking classes.
Unwind in Nature
The Blandford Nature Center hosts unique events all summer long for outdoor enthusiasts of all ages. From walking groups to night hikes, it’s the perfect way to unplug.
Attend a (Free!) Concert in the Park
Grab your favorite take out and a lawn chair and head to Johns Collins Park for free concerts on Monday nights in June and July. View the concert schedule.
