We have a 30-day return policy on non-perishable goods.

Alcohol is only for sale in the State of Michigan and only to persons aged 21 or older. Drink responsibly!

Robinette’s knows that you care how information about you is used and shared, and we’re not in the business of selling customer information. We receive and store any information you enter on our website. You can choose not to provide certain information, but that may limit your use of some features. To update your account information or check on your reward points, please call us at (616) 361-7180.

Pricing, Payment & Promotions

Robinette’s accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Many great promotional offers and sales are available at Robinette’s. When taking advantage of a sale or promotion, read the restrictions and the promotion’s Terms and Conditions.

Shipping & Delivery

We are able to ship most items that we sell. Edible gift boxes can be shipped to any state except Arizona. Please call (616) 361-7180 for information on shipments to Alaska, Hawaii or out of the country.

Returns & Exchanges

In order to make a return, you must bring in the receipt of the item you received with purchase. All returns or exchanges must be within 30 days. No returns or exchanges on marked-down items, consignment art, damaged or used items, stuffed animals or jewelry.
