The staff at Robinette’s and the Robinette family strive to provide you with the best customer service.  If you need to contact us about any concerns, please feel free to contact us by clicking here.  We have a 30-day return policy on non-perishable goods.

Shipping & Delivery:

We are able to ship most items that we sell. Edible gift boxes can be shipped to any state except Arizona.  Please call (616) 361-7180 for information on shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or out of the country.

* Alcohol for sale only in the State of Michigan and only to persons age 21 or older. Drink Responsibly!

Privacy & Security:

Robinette’s knows that you care how information about you is used and shared, and we’re not in the business of selling customer information. We receive and store any information you enter on our Web site. You can choose not to provide certain information, but then you might not be able to take advantage of many of our features.

Returns & Replacements:

In order to make a return you must bring in the receipt of the item you received with it’s purchase. All returns/ exchanges must be within 30 days. No returns or exchanges on marked-down items, consignment art, damaged or used items, stuffed animals or jewelry.
