Robinette’s Cider Mill

Robinette’s Cider Mill

Our Cider Mill opened in 1971 here on the farm.

Jim Robinette built our cider mill in 1971. We started selling cider directly to our customers that fall, and that event changed our farm. Our customers began to ask for donuts, a warm eating area, pies, lunches…The list goes on! We now grow our crops directly for you, our customer whom we talk with every day. Fresh cider is made at least every other day in the Fall. The flavor changes through the season as more varieties are added to the blend. We have the same rack and cloth press we built in 1973, but have changed many aspects of the process over the years. The apples and cider now touch only plastic racks instead of the old wood racks. We now use an Ultraviolet Light process to assure a safe and clean cider. Cider is available in quart, half gallon, and gallon jugs. We also serve cider by the glass at our Cider Bar!
